  "text_ar": "إن مجلس مجمع الفقه الإسلامي الدولي المنبثق عن منظمة التعاون الإسلامي المنعقد في دورته السادسة والعشرين بالدوحة بدولة قطر، خلال الفترة الواقعة ما بين 6 – 10 من شهر ذي القعدة 1446ه الموافق 4-8 من شهر مايو 2025م؛ وبعد اطلاعه على البحوث المقدمة إلى المجمع وتوصيات الندوة التي قدمها المجمع بالتعاون مع الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء بالمملكة العربية السعودية بمدينة جدة يومي 21-22 من ربيع أول 1446هـ – الموافق 24-25 من سبتمبر 2024م، بشأن أحكام تناول وتسويق اللحوم المستزرعة والأغذية المحوَّرة وراثيًا من أصل حيواني والحشرات؛ وبعد استماعه إلى المناقشات والمداولات التي دارت حوله بمشاركة أعضاء المجمع، وخبرائه؛\nقرَّر ما يلي:\n\nأولًا:\n\nالتأكيد على قرار المجمع رقم 198 (4/21) بشأن الاستحالة والاستهلاك والمواد المضافة في الغذاء والدواء، وقراره رقم 94 (2/10) بشأن الاستنساخ البشري.\n\nثانيًا:\nاللحوم المستزرَعة: غذاء مُصنّعٌ من خلايا تؤخذ من حيوان حي في الغالب، ثم تُزرع في مختبر آمِنٍ على مدار أسابيع بإضافة عناصر غذائية أساسية كالجلكوز، والفيتامينات، والأملاح غير العضوية، وغيرها، وتُعرف بـاللحوم المنتجة مخبريًا، أو اللحوم المصنعة، أو اللحوم المستنبتة، أو اللحوم النظيفة.\n\nثالثًا:\n\nيجوز استهلاك اللحوم المستزرَعة وتسويقها وفقًا للضوابط الآتية: \n1) أن تستخلص الخلايا من حيوان مباح الأكل إذا كان حيًّا، أو من حيوان مذكى ذكاة شرعيَّة فيما تشترط له الذكاة.\n\n2) ألا تستزرع في وسط محرم كدمٍ مسفوح، وألّا يضاف لها ما هو محرم كالجلاتين المستخرج من الخنزير. \n\n3) أن تُجرى عملية الاستزراع في مراحلها كافة تحت إشراف جهة مختصة موثوقة.\n4) أن يكون المنتج النهائي صالحًا للأكل وغير مضر بالصحة، وفقًا للمعايير والإجراءات التي تضعها الجهات المختصة.\n\n5) ألّا تكون اللحوم المستزرعة بديلًا عن لحوم الحيوان، وتجوز الاستفادة منها إلى جانب اللحم الحيواني توسعة على المستهلكين.\n\n6) أن تُفصح الشركات عن المعلومات اللازمة للمستهلكين بما يحقق الضوابط الواردة في البند السابق، وعلى الجهات الإشرافية التحقق من التزامها بهذه الضوابط.\nوالله أعلم،",

    "body_ar_normalized": "ان مجلس مجمع الفقه الاسلامي الدولي المنبثق عن منظمة التعاون الاسلامي المنعقد في دورته السادسة والعشرين بالدوحة بدولة قطر، خلال الفترة الواقعة ما بين 6 – 10 من شهر ذي القعدة 1446ه الموافق 4-8 من شهر مايو 2025م؛ وبعد اطلاعه علي البحوث المقدمة الي المجمع وتوصيات الندوة التي قدمها المجمع بالتعاون مع الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء بالمملكة العربية السعودية بمدينة جدة يومي 21-22 من ربيع اول 1446ه – الموافق 24-25 من سبتمبر 2024م، بشان احكام تناول وتسويق اللحوم المستزرعة والاغذية المحورة وراثيا من اصل حيواني والحشرات؛ وبعد استماعه الي المناقشات والمداولات التي دارت حوله بمشاركة اعضاء المجمع، وخبرائه؛ قرر ما يلي: اولا: التاكيد علي قرار المجمع رقم 198 (4/21) بشان الاستحالة والاستهلاك والمواد المضافة في الغذاء والدواء، وقراره رقم 94 (2/10) بشان الاستنساخ البشري. ثانيا: اللحوم المستزرعة: غذاء مصنع من خلايا تؤخذ من حيوان حي في الغالب، ثم تزرع في مختبر امن علي مدار اسابيع باضافة عناصر غذائية اساسية كالجلكوز، والفيتامينات، والاملاح غير العضوية، وغيرها، وتعرف باللحوم المنتجة مخبريا، او اللحوم المصنعة، او اللحوم المستنبتة، او اللحوم النظيفة. ثالثا: يجوز استهلاك اللحوم المستزرعة وتسويقها وفقا للضوابط الاتية: 1) ان تستخلص الخلايا من حيوان مباح الاكل اذا كان حيا، او من حيوان مذكي ذكاة شرعية فيما تشترط له الذكاة. 2) الا تستزرع في وسط محرم كدم مسفوح، والا يضاف لها ما هو محرم كالجلاتين المستخرج من الخنزير. 3) ان تجري عملية الاستزراع في مراحلها كافة تحت اشراف جهة مختصة موثوقة. 4) ان يكون المنتج النهائي صالحا للاكل وغير مضر بالصحة، وفقا للمعايير والاجراءات التي تضعها الجهات المختصة. 5) الا تكون اللحوم المستزرعة بديلا عن لحوم الحيوان، وتجوز الاستفادة منها الي جانب اللحم الحيواني توسعة علي المستهلكين. 6) ان تفصح الشركات عن المعلومات اللازمة للمستهلكين بما يحقق الضوابط الواردة في البند السابق، وعلي الجهات الاشرافية التحقق من التزامها بهذه الضوابط. والله اعلم،"
